{"id":6687,"date":"2022-04-30T16:37:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-30T14:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bteh.org\/?p=6687"},"modified":"2022-05-29T07:59:39","modified_gmt":"2022-05-29T05:59:39","slug":"international-school-bangkok-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bteh.org\/nl\/international-school-bangkok-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Natuurbeschermingsactiviteit met International School Bangkok"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deze week ontving Bring The Elephant Home leerlingen van de International School Bangkok voor een natuurbeschermingsactiviteit, in samenwerking met de lokale gemeenschap van het dorp Ruam Thai en medewerkers van Kuiburi National Park.<\/p><p>De leerlingen hielpen rangers bij het schoonmaken van een waterpoel in het beschermde gebied, werkten samen met boeren bij het wieden en onderhouden van alternatieve onderzoekspercelen voor gewassen, en namen deel aan verschillende gemeenschapsactiviteiten die bijdragen aan samenleven tussen mens en olifant.<\/p><p>Dit event bood 32 lokale mensen en verschillende gemeenschapsgroepen een alternatief levensonderhoud en inkomen. Bedankt aan @International School Bangkok voor de samenwerking met BTEH om weer een succesvol evenement te organiseren!<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
